What is Mrs Macs?
We’re all about slow living, sustainability, and celebrating the beauty of one-of-a-kind pieces. Every item is either handmade, upcycled, or vintage — full of story and soul.

Where are you based?
We’re tucked away in the Lake District, creating and packing each parcel with care from our home studio.

Are all your items handmade or vintage?
Yes — everything you see is either reworked by hand, stitched from scratch, or carefully sourced vintage. No fast fashion here, just feel-good finds.

📦 Orders, Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are packed and posted within 1 working day. If you order before 2pm, we can post same day. Orders placed after 2pm will leave the following day. We post 7 Days a week!

Do you ship internationally?
We are working on this, stay tuned!

Can I track my order?
If your delivery includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number once it’s been dispatched. If it was sent without tracking, feel free to message us for an update.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on non-custom items. Just contact us first so we can help!
(Please note: Vintage and handmade pieces may have small quirks that add to their charm.)

Can I return a custom order?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on custom or personalised items — unless there’s a fault or issue. Let us know and we’ll always do our best to help.

How do I know if an item will fit me?
We include detailed measurements in each listing. If you’re unsure, just drop us a message and we’ll happily help.

How should I care for my item?
Treat your piece gently — spot-clean or handwash when possible and avoid harsh detergents. These treasures are made to last with a little extra love. Each reworked item will come with a full care guide!

Will I receive the exact item shown in the pictures?
Yes! Each piece is one-of-a-kind — once it’s sold, it’s gone. If you're shopping something handmade-to-order, it will be made as close to the listing as possible.

🌱 Sustainability & Ethics

How is Mrs Macs sustainable?
We rescue textiles from landfill, rework vintage materials, and we will use recycled packaging where we can. Some items may still come in plastic mailing bags, but we are working on more eco friendly ways to post

Do you support ethical practices?
Absolutely — nothing here is mass-produced. All items are made by hand or sourced from reputable vintage sellers. We’re proudly slow and small-batch.

Do you accept custom requests?
Yes please! Whether it’s a dream denim bag or a special upcycled piece, we love custom work. Message us and we’ll chat ideas.

Can I add gift wrapping?
We offer sweet and simple gift wrapping. Just leave a note at checkout, and we’ll dress it up beautifully.
