How long does my order take to ship?
All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped same day. Orders after this cut off will leave the next day.
We use a variety of couriers item dependant, full tracking details will be sent to email used to purchase, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?
At Mrs Macs, every parcel is packed with care and a sprinkle of magic. We make every effort to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition — wrapped, protected, and made with love.
Due to the age and also unique and handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Each item is one-of-a-kind, and slight imperfections are part of their charm and story. We provide multiple images online from different angles etc as they do indeed form part of the description. Please ensure you read all information provided too.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make things right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
